A great side dish to warm your appetite. Super easy.
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small butternut squash
2 turnips,
2 Rutabagas
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare the vegetables, peel and cut into 1 inch squares. Place in a bowl.
Mix in the olive oil. Salt and pepper. Pour into a baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for
40- 45 minutes.
